What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

We love sharing new favorites! Every order includes a selection of complimentary K-Beauty samples so you can discover your next holy grail product.
